You'll work closely with Growth Marketing Managers, developers, and the Marketing Operations Manager to build, deploy, troubleshoot, and continuously improve marketing initiatives across multiple audiences, products, and markets.

The Marketing Operations Manager will provide operational guidance, process direction, training, and support to help ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Maintain strong operational accuracy while working within structured processes and governance frameworks

Manage campaign workflows and system configuration

  • Configure and maintain campaign components across marketing systems
  • Understand dependencies between campaign workflows, landing pages, forms, audience data sources, and connected systems to prevent downstream operational issues
  • Partner with developers and technical teams on landing pages, integrations, and operational implementation requirements
  • Identify and prevent operational issues before they impact campaign performance

Support quality assurance and launch readiness

  • Execute QA and testing processes before campaigns go live
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, workflow errors, and deployment challenges
  • Ensure campaigns align with operational standards, documentation, and established best practices
  • Support ongoing improvements to campaign quality and execution consistency

Collaborate across teams

  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing Managers and campaign stakeholders to support execution requirements
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to support campaign execution, operational consistency, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with developers and operational teams to support campaign delivery, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute operational insights, troubleshooting findings, and execution-related recommendations during campaign reviews
  • Surface recurring execution issues, operational friction points, and process gaps to support continuous improvement efforts

Support operational excellence

  • Maintain and update campaign documentation, workflows, and operational resources
  • Participate in operational training and process improvement initiatives
  • Support data quality and campaign tracking requirements to enable accurate reporting and attribution
  • Help improve the scalability, efficiency, and consistency of marketing operations over time
