3+ years of experience with Veeva CRM Configuration
Veeva or Salesforce.com certification
Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization

Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, apex codes
Manage and have hands on Experience on Integrations with CRM application
Hands on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel
Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
Application administrative Experience
Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce
Experience in Veeva Align & Vault (Optional)
Salesforce Developer & Admin certification
Veeva CRM Certified.
