Minimum 5 years of practical experience Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools.

Core responsibilities:

Create graphics, images, and visual content for use across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Design compelling social media assets such as posts, stories, banners, headers, profile pictures, and advertisements that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics. Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, and aligns with brand guidelines and design standards.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools
  • Excellent understanding of design principles and techniques
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for social media and staying updated on current trends
  • Understanding of target audience demographics and ability to create designs that resonate with them
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in effectively communicating brand messages through social media graphics and visual content
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and design standards
  • Ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all visual content
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing any missing data or information.
