Job Description:
The Client's Business CPS Enablement team needs a contractor support for ongoing Product and Partner Enablement initiatives. This work has expanded in scope in '26 due to organizational changes (now supporting 17+ partner teams across 16 key strategic priorities). With the introduction of new rigor around ownership, accountability, and structured enablement mechanisms, the operational execution demands have outpaced what a single FTE can absorb alongside strategic enablement responsibilities. This contractor will handle high-volume, repeatable execution work critical to enabling field success.
 
Core responsibilities:
  • Training session & Microlearning Logistics — Schedule AMP Tech Talks, manage invites/Zoom setup, pull attendance reports, and track completion rates
  • Highspot Governance & Content Management — Upload recordings, update links, format docs, maintain page currency, and support Product/Feature hub launches for new capability rollouts
  • Content Production & Formatting — Draft email comms, AB Tech Flash entries, and launch announcements; convert PM content into decks and one-pagers; build asynchronous learning content
  • Knowledge Check & Survey Administration — Create, distribute, and compile results for quizzes and feedback surveys
  • FAQ Curation — Aggregate and maintain FAQs from Slack channels and ProServe Office Hours
  • Data & Insights Support — Pull adoption tracking data, synthesize pilot feedback, and compile VOC data
  • Partner Team Initiative Support — Help coordinate enablement deliverables with DEX, Payments, and Prime Business teams
  • Project Management Operations — Maintain Asana tracking/workflows and support the transition from Jira to Blueprint
  • Operational organization- Creating and coordinating team calendar invitations, office hours, etc.

  • Experience with HighSpot or Seismic 
  • AI based tools experience / AI proficiency
  • Asana / Jira learning management tool sets

Note:
  • Hours: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
  • Location:  Remote (Only for EST or CST candidates)
