Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung qualifizierte und engagierte


Psycholog*innen als Mutterschaftsvertretung


für ein fixes Pensum von 80 % vorerst für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten - mit Option auf Verlängerung.


Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:


  • Die psychologische Beratung per Telefon und Chat von Mitarbeitenden zu unterschiedlichsten Anliegen aus den Bereichen Arbeit, Beziehung, Familie, Soziales, Gesundheit, etc.

  • Telefonische Auffanggespräche nach traumatischen Ereignissen

  • Die telefonische Beratung von Führungskräften zu unterschiedlichen Führungsaufgaben (Umgang mit psychisch belasteten Mitarbeitenden, Sucht am Arbeitsplatz, etc.)

  • Bei entsprechender Eignung: die Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften


  • Folgende fachliche Kompetenzen und persönliche Fähigkeiten sind Voraussetzung für diese abwechslungsreiche Position:


  • Abgeschlossener Master in Psychologie

  • Erfahrung in psychologischer Beratung (vorzugsweise lösungsorientiert)

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau, sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil

  • Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen digitalen Tools zur Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.)
