  • Streaming and Ingestion: Collaborate on the architecture of real-time data pipelines leveraging data streaming tools such as Kafka or Kinesis.

  • Quality and Consistency: Actively participate in data validation, integrity control, and data discrepancy analysis between source systems and analytical repositories.

  • Architectural Support: Define optimal data modeling and structures that impact the Datalake and satellite systems.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven Senior experience as a DBA (Database Administrator), ideally within the Fintech sector or highly complex corporate environments handling large volumes of data.

  • Relational Engines: Strong experience and advanced mastery in administration, query/index tuning, and troubleshooting in MySQL (Required) and PostgreSQL.

  • Practical knowledge of data streaming tools such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis.

  • Understanding of the retail business model and its associated transactional dynamics.

Benefits

  • Long-term commitment with autonomy and impact.

  • Strategic and highly visible role within a modern engineering culture.

  • Collaborative international team and solid technical leadership.
