Who We Are?

We’re a fast-scaling, multi-entity AI company hiring high-volume across regions, and we’re looking for an aggressive, AI-native recruiting operator who can own hiring end-to-end — from proactive outreach all the way through to offer, contract, and onboarding handoff. This is not a traditional, structured corporate role. There’s no playbook handed to you, things move fast, priorities shift, and the people who thrive here are the ones who hunt for talent and bring order to ambiguity rather than waiting for it.

Requirements

What you’ll own:

• Aggressive full-cycle recruiting, source, screen, schedule, and drive candidates through to offer and contract across multiple roles and regions at once, at speed

• Proactive multi-channel outreach, you don’t wait for inbound. You run massive, proactive reach-out across LinkedIn, cold channels, and beyond, building pipeline rather than depending only on available sourcing channels

• Always-ready talent pools, maintain warm, engaged pipelines of pre-qualified candidates ready to be matched the moment a need opens, so we’re never starting from zero

• Warm candidate engagement, keep talent warm and relationship-managed throughout, not just transactionally processed

• Offers & contracts, own offer structuring and contract coordination through to signature

• Onboarding handoff, manage contractual agreements and plug new hires in for onboarding with their line managers, then hand off cleanly (people-ops scope here is intentionally limited to contracts + onboarding handoff — this is not a broad HR generalist role)

• AI-native sourcing, you natively use AI and automation tools to source, enrich, and reach out at scale; this is core to how you work, not an add-on

What we’re looking for:

• 4–5+ years in talent acquisition / talent ops at a high-growth startup or agency where you owned execution end-to-end

• Global hiring experience, you’ve recruited across multiple countries and regions comfortably, with no conditions or limits on the markets you’ll represent

• AI-native sourcer, you already build and use AI/automation tooling for sourcing, enrichment, and outreach. This is non-negotiable; we move fast and lean on AI to do it

• Aggressive and proactive, you hunt for talent, build pipeline ahead of need, and don’t wait to be told. Relentless, fast, outcome-driven

• Thrives in ambiguity, energized, not paralyzed, by a non-structured, fast-changing environment. You build the structure yourself

• Fluent English, written and spoken, fully remote, async-first, globally distributed

• Flexible and non-corporate, speed, change, and direct ownership are the norm

• Bonus: familiarity with contractor / EOR / global employment and contract structures

This role reports directly to the Head of People & Talent.

Remote, full-time, open to candidates in the Philippines, South Africa, India, or Pakistan. Meaningful overlap with US, UK, UAE & PH is required.

Success in 90 days:

• Owns aggressive recruiting pipeline independently with warm, always-ready pools and minimal oversight

• Consistent proactive outreach producing pipeline ahead of need, not just reactive sourcing

• Materially reduces execution load on Head of People

• Clean offer-to-contract-to-onboarding flow with reliable line-manager handoff & stakeholders communication
