Job Summary 

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and relationship-focused Senior Full-cycle Recruiter to join our growing healthcare recruitment agency. This is a pivotal role that combines high-volume recruitment, strategic account management, and fast-paced coordination. You will be the bridge between our healthcare clients—including care homes, nursing homes, and children's residential services—and the dedicated professionals who keep them running. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, deeply understanding their staffing requirements to ensure shifts are filled efficiently.
  • Source, interview, and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate temporary staffing bookings and oversee shift allocations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Match suitable candidates to specific opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture.
  • Manage candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to meet fluctuating demand.
  • Oversee compliance and onboarding checks to ensure all placements meet rigorous healthcare standards.
  • Handle client and candidate queries professionally, ensuring superior service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal systems and contribute to the team’s performance targets.
  • Drive business growth through proactive account management and exceptional relationship building.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and data accuracy.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a "solutions-focused" mindset.
