The Senior Manager of Large Pro Strategy will work directly with the Senior Director of Partner Strategy and the Large Pro team to drive growth and success for our largest pro partners by diving into the data to find opportunities for improvement, putting together business cases, and driving change via large cross-functional projects. You will devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects, and drive & measure results in the most critical areas of the business.

In this role, you will own and/or support impactful strategic priorities; work with research, analytics, operations and product teams to identify test ideas and execute. You will be expected to know our Large Pro service providers and the operational teams that support them inside and out, serving as a critical thought partner to the Sr Director of Partner Strategy, SVP of Large Pro, pro product, and beyond.

While this is a remote position, we are a global company and are looking for applicants located in eastern, central or mountain time zones to align with our team's working hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Independently own key strategic initiatives (or critical work streams within it) from initial concept through execution and success measurement.

  • Alongside an all-star team of peers and stakeholders, steer quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers of Pro success and inform decision-making.

  • Build clear and concise presentations that summarize your findings and lead to clear recommendations.

  • Provide thought partnership to the Partner Strategy team and cross-functional partners.

  • Program manage large strategic changes that involve many teams and span multiple months, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration, and providing updates and impact to senior leadership.

  • Proactively leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to rapidly synthesize complex partner performance data and cross-functional insights, streamlining the creation of strategic proposals and materials, thereby maximizing time for high-value consultative engagement and driving partner growth.

  • Work directly with stakeholders at the highest-value customers to help solve problems that unlock business growth for Angi; develop strategies based on those learnings to apply across the Large Pro network

About you

  • First class communication skills

  • Maintain a careful balance between attention to detail and swift execution

  • Data-driven

  • Has a strong bias for action

  • Thrive with ambiguity

  • Team player; collaborates and influences effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization

What we're looking for

  • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred
