  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory, developing strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Deliver the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product penetration across professional pest management customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, issue resolution, product presentations, demonstrations, and training.

We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive strategic growth and strengthen customer partnerships across a multi-state territory within the Professional Pest Management industry. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong account management expertise, and the ability to build long-term relationships that deliver measurable business results. Preferred applicant locations include Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Los Angeles, with territory coverage including California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory, developing strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Deliver the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product penetration across professional pest management customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement, issue resolution, product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and regulatory considerations to inform territory and account strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, supply chain, technical, and internal service teams to support customer needs, product launches, promotional initiatives, and seamless order fulfillment.


Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in territory sales, strategic account management, or consultative selling, preferably within the Professional Pest Management industry or a related technical product environment.
  • Strong understanding of professional pest management products, applications, customer needs, and relevant industry practices.
  • Proven ability to develop account plans, manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and use CRM tools to track activities and performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers at multiple levels.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, including multiple western U.S. states and Hawaii, as business needs require.
  • Commitment to following company policies, applicable regulatory standards, and industry requirements in all sales and customer engagement activities.
