Job description

Copilot Solution Architect - Dublin CA
Remote Role
12+Month Contract
Years of Experience: 15+


Responsibilities:
  • Architect end-to-end agent solutions on Copilot Studio — topics, flows, prompt actions, entities and fallback strategies.
  • Design Dataverse data models to back agent context, conversation history, and knowledge stores
  • Design multi-agent orchestration patterns using Copilot Studio alongside Power Platform connectors.
  • Define agent governance frameworks: authentication (Entra ID / SSO), data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, and channel policies (Teams, web, mobile).
  • Lead integration architecture for agents connecting to tools and connectors.
  • Establish prompt engineering standards, grounding strategies (RAG via Azure AI Search), and responsible AI guardrails.
  • Evaluate and adopt new Copilot Studio capabilities — autonomous agents, agent flows, knowledge sources, plugin actions
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate use cases into agent capability maps and effort estimates.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code/config reviews, and performance/load assessments for agent deployments.
  • Build reusable patterns, accelerators, and CoE toolkits for agent development teams.
  • Experience 15+ years
  • Strong communication skills
