  • Lead large-scale performance improvement initiatives to enhance revenue integrity and operational efficiency

Escalation & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex coding or client issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal operational disruption
  • Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to address high-impact risks and challenges
  • Drive accountability and follow-through on critical issues impacting performance or client satisfaction

Multi-Site Coordination

  • Provide oversight across multiple facilities and service lines, ensuring consistent execution and alignment
  • Coordinate with Client Delivery, Operations, IT, and Clinical leadership to support system-level integration efforts
  • Lead communication and change management initiatives across geographically dispersed teams

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop coding integration leaders and teams to support scalability and growth
  • Establish clear performance expectations and drive accountability across the organization
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Ensemble’s values and client expectations
