About the Role
HG Insights is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Growth team. You will own a portfolio of SMB, commercial, and mid-market accounts (up to $1B in revenue), responsible for the full post-sale customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion. With recent acquisitions enabling us to deliver a comprehensive, end-to-end solution, you'll need a strong grasp of our customers' evolving business needs and a relentless focus on driving growth within your book.
