Role overview:

The company is looking for a Head of New Projects / Lead of Partner Projects to coordinate the launch and operational support of iGaming brands owned by partner companies.

This role focuses on cross-functional coordination, operational readiness, stakeholder management, launch execution, and post-launch stabilization. The specialist will work closely with internal SOFTSWISS teams and external stakeholders to ensure that partner brands are properly prepared for launch, aligned with regulatory requirements, and supported after go-live.

The position is focused on operational excellence, structured coordination, and project stability rather than direct ownership of commercial growth. At the same time, the candidate should understand key operational and financial indicators and be able to monitor project performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in iGaming.

  • Experience with launch processes and cross-functional project coordination.

  • Understanding of regulated markets and operational environments.

  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Understanding of how an iGaming brand operates, including CRM, retention, support, antifraud, payments, and compliance processes.

  • Ability to coordinate several parallel workstreams and ensure operational readiness before launch.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive execution.

  • High level of ownership and proactivity.

  • Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience launching iGaming projects in multiple markets.

  • Understanding of payments, antifraud, CRM, or retention-related processes.

  • Experience defining or building a small operational team for project / brand support.

  • Hands-on readiness to support operational tasks when needed.

  • Experience working with partner projects or external stakeholders.
