Position: Manufacturing Engineering Expert - Visual Reasoning Benchmark
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$85/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Author benchmark problems in Manufacturing Engineering using authentic engineering visuals.
• Source genuine professional artifacts like production workflows, factory layouts, and process diagrams.
• Write problems that require more than text-based solutions, ensuring concise and unambiguous answers.
• Develop step-by-step worked solutions at a professional level.
• Tag each problem with domain, artifact type, skill tested, and difficulty.
• Ensure every problem undergoes independent review by another domain expert.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience reading real manufacturing engineering artifacts.
• Ability to perform genuine structural, spatial, and multi-step reasoning.
