Position: Legal Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author tasks to test AI on interpreting legal language and following multi-step instructions.
• Evaluate AI outputs for precision and reasoning against legal documents like contracts and briefs.
• Develop objective evaluation rubrics for AI performance in the legal domain.
• Ensure task alignment with real-world legal scenarios through web search and code execution.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine task design and improve model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate & commercial law, Litigation & dispute resolution, Intellectual property, Regulatory & compliance, or Employment & labor law.
