Position: Finance & Banking Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 15–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Author tasks to test AI reasoning over financial documents, ensuring precise instruction following and accurate outputs.
• Develop complex, multi-step requests using real-world financial documents, web search, and code execution.
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance in the Finance & Banking domain.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model understanding and output quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in Investment & Financial Analysis, Financial Management, Personal Financial Advisory, Banking & Capital Markets, or Corporate Finance & Accounting.
