Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a BA/QA Test Design Analyst (Mortgage Systems | Empower | Test Case Documentation for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
This role supports test automation by creating highly detailed, click level test scripts.
The individual will not write automation code but will produce precise test steps that automation engineers will convert into automated scripts.
Convert high level test scenarios into step by step, click level test instructions.
Review operational procedures and existing test documentation.
Document detailed user actions, inputs, and expected outcomes.
Collaborate closely with automation engineers and testing teams.
Ensure test scripts are clear, complete, and automation ready
Requirements:
Experience in QA, BA, or hybrid BA QA roles.
Strong understanding of mortgage systems and workflows.
Ability to produce extremely detailed and structured documentation.
Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (read/understand level).
High attention to detail.
