About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Cold Caller to reach out to potential customers in the US markets. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations that create sales opportunities.
 
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce company products/services
2. Qualify leads and gather relevant business information
3. Overcome objections and convert cold leads into warm prospects
4. Update call results and notes accurately in CRM
5. Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets
 
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Cold Caller or Telemarketer
• Strong spoken English and a neutral accent
• Experience handling US or AUS-based accounts
• Excellent communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Solid organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g,. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
• Proactive attitude
 
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
