Job Summary

Over a decade of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, demonstrating deep technical and managerial capabilities. Successfully led IT teams and handled operational escalations, consistently meeting stringent SLAs—including those tied to financial penalties. Strong background in designing support processes and procedures to fulfil contractual commitments with clients. Proficient in cloud platforms and system technologies including OCI, AWS, Linux, LAN/WAN, load balancers, secure VPNs, and disaster recovery planning and execution. Skilled in deploying, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure components across all system layers.

🛠️Technical Expertise
• L3 support experience with day-to-day operations and runtime system management.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, print servers, ADFS, and terminal services.
• Administered IIS, FTP, and SMTP services.
