Part-Time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Evaluations & IEP Support
South Dakota | Remote | 7–10 Hours Per Week

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity focused on evaluations rather than ongoing therapy services?

We are partnering with a South Dakota school district seeking a licensed SLP to support special education evaluation and eligibility processes for approximately 25 students. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy assessment, report writing, and collaboration with IEP teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Review existing student records and educational data
  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
  • Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with district staff regarding evaluation findings and service recommendations
  • Transition students requiring ongoing speech therapy to district-employed SLPs for direct services

Position Details

  • Remote opportunity
  • Approximately 7–10 hours per week
  • Hours will vary based on evaluation timelines, referral volume, and student needs
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Approximately 25 students currently requiring evaluation support

Licensure Requirements

An active South Dakota SLP license is required for this position.

If you do not currently hold a South Dakota license but are willing to obtain one, we will reimburse approved cross-licensing fees.
