Digital Project Manager (CMS)

We are looking for a remote job in Poland for a Digital Project Manager CMS.

The Digital Project Manager would be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital projects such as websites, applications, digital marketing campaigns, and platform migrations. This role acts as the central point of coordination between stakeholders, creative teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects  from initiation through launch and post‑release support. Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success metrics. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure alignment with business goals, brand standards, and user experience best practices
• Support Product Manager with managing vendors, agencies, and third‑party technology partners when needed
• Oversee quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and releases if needed
• Creation of Adobe AEM websites like landing pages and similar

 Our requirements

• Strong project management skills with hands‑on experience in digital delivery
• Proactive approach to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and development of the platform
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, latest trends. Knowledge of AI backed solutions is a plus
• Good knowledge of UX standards for Web and Mobile.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments
• Strong problem‑solving, risk management, and prioritization abilities

Tools & Technologies

• Project management tools (Jira, Asana,Microsoft Sharepoint)
• Collaboration tools
• CMS and digital platforms (Adobe Experience Manager – strongly preferred – including experience with migration projects, experience with other CMS will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS would be a plus
• Analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power Automate)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Salary

· Monthly salary: 10,000 PLN gross (The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and qualifications.)
