Summary of Position:

Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase PLC is a privately held Fintech Group that operates in Investment Services, Fund Services, Online Trading, and Payments. With roots dating back to 1972, the Group today is evolving at a fast pace whilst keeping the same core principles, that of providing clients the best service using the latest technology and the top professionals in their field, whilst ensuring the strictest governance and ethics. The group today is composed of a diversified workforce of 185+ employees located in 14 different countries.

The individual will form part of the Fund Services team and will be responsible for assisting with the servicing of a portfolio of funds and other structures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Completing Standard checks on shareholder accounts at onboarding and initial subscription

• Processing subscription / redemption order requests

• Maintaining the shareholder registers of the various funds under administration

• Providing periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers

• Liasing with investor queries on an ogoing basis

• Providing periodic statements to investors

• Distributing Corporate Actions as requested by Fund Managers to the investors

• Processing outgoing payments

• Completing daily archiving
