Role: Salesforce Service Cloud QA
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 plus months
Pay Rate: $61 W2 and $70-75 C2C

Role Purpose:
Our client’s Salesforce system is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, essential for managing customer data, sales operations, and marketing campaigns. This system plays a critical role in the company’s digital transformation and our transition to annual recurring revenue. As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of test strategies, overseeing end-to-end test planning, data, environments, use case definitions, test execution, and facilitating stakeholder review of test outcomes and go-no-go decisions.
  • Assist in training teams on automation, documentation, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage the defect life cycle and triage process.
  • Collect, report, and analyze defect metrics, determine trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and ensure quality release by release.
  • Identify opportunities for testing process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business teams on testing approaches for various initiatives.
  • Provide test metrics and facilitate discussions with project teams and stakeholders to drive go-no-go decisions.
  • Develop test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Support teams with test design and automation for all types of testing, including system, regression, functional, end-to-end, data integrity, and performance.
  • Automate test cases and scenarios.
  • Conduct workshops and provide training for business teams on user acceptance testing practices.
  • Ensure governance for adequate test coverage and best practices.
  • Configure and manage test environments and data.
  • Take a holistic approach to testing strategies.
  • Demonstrate strong business awareness and understanding of priorities.
  • Analyze and recommend architectural improvements for testability.
  • Build endpoint simulations as needed.
  • Manage and administer enterprise test tools.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Education:
  • 3+ years of testing experience with Salesforce Platform (strongly desired).
  • Expert-level understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals.
  • Hands-on test development and execution experience on Salesforce platform is a plus.
  • Extensive background in test automation.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., jMeter, Gatling).
  • Experience with enterprise test automation suites (Tosca, Tosca DI, Selenium).
  • Tosca certification 1 & 2 (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
