Global Finance Manager – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Global Finance Manager at JLL, you will serve as a pivotal financial strategist and analytical powerhouse, driving financial planning and performance across our international business operations spanning the Americas, EMEA, India, and Australia. This role combines deep technical expertise in financial modeling and automation with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that shape business decisions at the highest levels. You will lead the evolution of our global financial planning processes, championing automation and standardization while fostering collaboration across cultures, time zones, and business functions. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and operational excellence across JLL's worldwide portfolio, making this an exceptional opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on complexity, innovation, and global impact.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and coordinate annual global budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles across multiple regions, facilitating cross-border finance meetings and driving alignment among international stakeholders

  • Design, build, and continuously optimize advanced Excel-based financial models, automated dashboards, and data pipelines that deliver real-time performance visibility to executive leadership

  • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across global business units

  • Develop and maintain interactive reporting tools and automated financial reports using advanced Excel functions, VBA/macros, and Google Sheets to streamline data delivery and enhance decision-making capabilities

  • Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure data integrity, standardize reporting practices, and drive continuous improvement in financial operations

  • Execute strategic transformation projects focused on process efficiency, scalability, and standardization of financial workflows across international markets

  • Monitor compliance with Master Service Agreements and global audit requirements while providing financial guidance that supports multinational business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field with minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within global or multinational organizations

  • Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, scenario analysis, and VBA/macros development, with demonstrated ability to build and optimize large-scale, complex financial models

  • Proven track record leading global budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple international regions and time zones, with experience facilitating cross-border finance meetings and driving stakeholder accountability

  • Strong proficiency with computer-based accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards E1 enterprise system highly preferred

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities with ability to distill complex, multi-dimensional data sets into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to independently coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in dynamic, fast-paced global environments

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to present technical financial information effectively to executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across different cultures and seniority levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and other cloud-based collaboration and reporting platforms

  • Experience with CMMS systems such as Corrigo or similar work order management solutions

  • Background in commercial real estate, facilities management, or property services industries

  • Demonstrated success leading financial process transformation initiatives and implementing automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains

  • Experience developing process documentation, training materials, and best-practice frameworks for global finance teams

  • Familiarity with multinational compliance requirements, Master Service Agreements, and service-level commitments in global service delivery environments

  • Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) or relevant professional certifications in finance or accounting

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
