  • Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers  
  • Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software
  • Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers  
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team
  • Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions
Qualifications:

  • Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes 
  • Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (bilingualism is required)*
  • Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States
