Job description

Role Overview: Abacus is seeking a highly skilled and articulate GCP (Apigee) Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. This remote role will focus on the US region, providing a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Activities:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
    • Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
    • Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integrations.
    • Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform.
    • Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and services.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    • Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
    • Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains.
