French-Speaking Payments Specialist

Workster is partnering with a leading global technology company to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Specialist for the French Market. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while supporting the companys payment operations.

Your Role:

  • Provide key support for Sales, Order Management, and Finance teams regarding payment-related issues.
  • Interact with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments, refunds, and other transactions (credit/debit cards, wire transfers, loans, leases).
  • Handle customer queries related to payments, refunds, VAT changes, invoice amendments, and reconciliation.
  • Manage low-incidence outbound calls and primarily work in back-office operations.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all payment processes.
  • Address escalated issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in an information-sensitive and constantly changing environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Excel is an advantage.
  • Flexibility in working hours due to the nature of the payment volume.
