Job description

Global Pacific Support is looking for experienced Insurance Agents who are highly proficient in the Ezlynx system to join and help build our pioneering team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on a key role in establishing a strong foundation for our insurance operations. Has strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of insurance processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Agent, preferably in U.S.-based insurance operations.
  • Extensive hands-on expertise with the EZLynx insurance management platform β€” including quoting, policy management, CRM, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Ability to train and demonstrate EZLynx features clearly and effectively to management and team members.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows, including client onboarding, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims tracking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex system processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a remote setup.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a fully functional home office setup.
