💻 Work Mode: Remote, prefer full-time engagement

💰 Compensation:

Base Pay: USDT 500/month
Commission: Per successful hire, top performers can earn USDT 2000+ / month

【We’re Looking For】

Proven experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (mandatory)
Strong interest in crypto / Web3 industry
Ability to commit consistent daily hours to support the project
Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills
Responsible, proactive, and task-oriented
