Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven Business Manager to support our dynamic, fast-growing crypto exchange. This individual will work closely with the Department Head to ensure seamless execution of department-wide initiatives, optimize business operations, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Leadership Support & Decision-Making:

Provide direct support to Department Head by preparing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and presentations to guide decision-making.

Own the day-to-day operations of the company, supporting Department Head in ensuring that teams are effectively executing on their responsibilities.

Handle the calendar of Department Head, and help prioritize the most important meetings and activities.
Strategic Execution & Alignment:

Collaborate with Department Head to define and prioritize department-wide business goals and objectives.

Ensure that teams across the department are aligned with the company’s strategic direction, driving key initiatives to meet business targets.

Develop and track metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to monitor progress, ensuring that initiatives are moving forward and achieving desired outcomes.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Communications:

Manage leadership meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in crafting internal and external communications on behalf of the Department Head.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of business initiatives.

Act as a key liaison between Department Head and teams to ensure projects are aligned with broader business objectives and are executed efficiently.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

Identify and drive improvements to business processes that enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.

Streamline workflows to reduce inefficiencies, mitigate bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a technology-driven environment.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day operational needs.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
