  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Willingness to stay current with industry developments and changes in regulations.
