Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their needs and answering questions about our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
  • Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate plus commission for successful lead conversions.
