This mainly focusses on Intapp products but also includes others where integration is essential, e.g. practice management systems, document management systems and external data providers. • Reconcile data across various systems.
  • Configure Intapp product software.
  • Gain knowledge to become a subject matter expert in both the supported applications and business processes.
  • Attend Intapp partner update meetings to understand future enhancements. These can be communicated to both the managed services team and advise clients where applicable.
  • Attend regular client meetings to provide status updates across all logged issues.

Continuous improvement includes the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute planned changes to client implementation components.
  • Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items.
  • Document small changes to include communication back to the client.
  • Actively participate in deployment of changes

  • Four- year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, and the like, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Understanding of the implementation process including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.
  • Strong observational, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, problem solving and leadership skills; proficient in process mapping.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken) and a client service-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple areas simultaneously, prioritize tasks, maintaining exacting standards for work product and attention to detail.
  • Excels in a cooperative team environment; takes initiative to forward team operational efficiency through improved methodologies; able to ideate and create client deliverables with moderate oversight.
