We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of approximately 8-10 in-home and phone-based closers responsible for converting warm homeowner leads into sales. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving revenue, improving close rates, coaching sales professionals, and ensuring consistent execution of the sales process.
The organization maintains a dedicated call center responsible for outbound prospecting and appointment setting, allowing the sales team to focus on qualified opportunities rather than cold outreach. The Sales Manager will oversee the closing team, monitor pipeline performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies that maximize revenue across multiple residential product lines, including energy solutions, home renovations, exterior improvements, and other homeowner services.
This role is ideal for a sales leader who has successfully managed closers, understands high-volume consumer sales environments, and has a proven track record of building accountability and performance within a sales organization.
Expected Earnings: $200,000+ annually for a high-performing Sales Manager leading a successful team.
