Technology Talent & Resource Manager at Bluegrass Digital

Bluegrass Digital is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Technology Talent & Resource Manager to lead our talent acquisition and resource management function.

This role combines technology recruitment, resource planning, contractor management, client engagement and commercial administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and managing technology talent, supporting our staff augmentation and managed services engagements, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and consultants.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record recruiting within software engineering, digital product development and technology consulting environments. The ideal candidate will understand modern software delivery teams and have experience recruiting and managing talent across disciplines including (but not limited to) .NET, React, React Native, JavaScript, AI, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Product and Delivery.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. It is a key position within Bluegrass Digital that supports talent growth, resource planning, client success and business growth across our software engineering, product development and managed services practices.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Recruit and place technology professionals across software engineering, cloud, QA, product and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contractors and permanent talent.
• Manage staff augmentation and contractor engagements from onboarding through to renewal.
• Support resource planning and allocation across projects and client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, renewals and related administration.
• Provide salary benchmarking, market intelligence and hiring advice.
• Support business development, proposals and growth opportunities.

Required Experience

• 5+ years' experience in technology recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting within software development, digital product engineering or technology consulting environments.
• Experience working with contractors, staff augmentation and professional services delivery models.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, organized and highly driven.

Candidates must have proven experience recruiting within software development, digital product engineering, technology consulting, software services or staff augmentation environments. Applications from generalist recruiters without technology recruitment experience will not be considered.
