Global Pacific Support is searching for a talented and driven Go High Level CRM Expert – AI Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. In this key role, you will leverage your expertise in the Go High Level CRM platform to develop and implement AI-driven automation strategies that enhance our customer relationship management processes. Your focus will be on optimizing customer interactions, improving lead management, and streamlining workflows through cutting-edge automation technologies.

As a CRM Expert, you will analyze our current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. Your ability to integrate AI functionalities within the CRM will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients while maximizing our operational potential.

Requirements

  • Master-level experience in Go High Level (GHL) CRM, including advanced setup, management, customization, and workflow optimization
  • Strong expertise in AI automation tools and techniques, with the ability to design and implement efficient, scalable workflows
  • Master-level experience in Meta Ads, with proven ability to run and optimize high-performing campaigns
  • Experienced Social Media Manager with a solid understanding of content strategy, engagement, and platform management
  • Background in digital marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • High level of technical proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
