Global Pacific Support is seeking dedicated Agents/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for coordinating timely and effective service delivery. Successful candidates will display strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers requesting towing and roadside assistance.
  • Collect essential information such as location, vehicle type, and service needed.
  • Utilize dispatch software to record service requests and dispatch appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate the timely arrival of service providers to customer locations.
  • Provide customers with updates on estimated arrival times and service status.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions and service requests.
  • Work collaboratively with drivers and other team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-volume call scenarios.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the towing or roadside assistance industry is preferred.
