  • Maintain compliance with all lending regulations

  • Hold an active Mortgage Loan Officer License (required)
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are motivated by both independence and collaboration
  • Believe character and customer care matter most
  • All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer.
