We are looking for a Junior Creative Marketing Specialist with experience in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of trends, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and the ability to develop creative marketing concepts that drive engagement, conversions, and sales.

Your impact:

Conduct market and competitor research to identify creative opportunities and generate new ideas.
Develop creative ideas for advertising materials and create initial campaign concepts.
Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to produce creative assets and video content.
Contribute to the development and improvement of creative production and testing processes to support marketing goals.

About you:

At least 6 months of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces.
Strong sense of visual style and well-developed aesthetic judgment.
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
Strong market and competitor research and analysis skills.
Experience creating briefs for designers.
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
Creative mindset with a passion for generating fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
Experience in content creation.
