Job description

Role Overview

From Rehire, we are supporting a logistics company in the search for a Bilingual Recruiter, a role fully focused on sourcing and recruiting talent for the transportation and logistics industry in the United States.

This position is designed for someone with experience recruiting operational and administrative logistics profiles, especially dispatchers, transportation coordinators, customer support representatives, and similar roles within the U.S. trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source and screen candidates for logistics and transportation-related positions.

· Recruit profiles such as dispatchers, logistics coordinators, customer care representatives, and similar operational roles.

· Manage job postings and candidate pipelines.

· Coordinate interviews and follow-up throughout the hiring process.

· Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

· Identify candidates aligned with the operational dynamics of the U.S. logistics industry.

· Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

· Previous recruiting experience within the logistics, transportation, or trucking industry in the U.S.

· Experience recruiting dispatchers, operations profiles, or logistics/customer support roles.

· Advanced / bilingual English proficiency (written and spoken).

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing/recruiting tools.

· Knowledge of U.S. logistics operations and trucking workflows is highly desirable.

About the Position:

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (EST time zone GMT -4).

· Work Arrangement: 100% remote, Contractor mode.
