  • Analyze, streamline, and continuously improve existing processes and systems

Job description

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, expand, and optimize our tech and tool landscape (especially HubSpot) across the entire revenue funnel, from initial marketing leads to contract renewals

  • Work closely with your team members and the Head of Data to enable teams, enhance functionality and automation for scalable processe

  • Build and further develop efficient RevOps processes, acting as the interface between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing

  • Identify and implement best practices for scaling

  • Analyze, streamline, and continuously improve existing processes and systems

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure an excellent customer experience

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role, including building and scaling ops processes

  • Ideally, you have helped both Sales and Customer Success teams

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot is a must

  • Experience with and motivation for integrating AI and optimizing processes

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality

  • Excellent command of English is required; German is a plus
