The Role

We are looking for an AI Recruiter who can build intelligent, scalable recruiting systems that connect the right talent to the business. This role is about more than filling positions—it’s about building pipelines and workflows that evolve, optimize, and improve performance over time.

You will work across design, technical, and experience-focused functions, helping identify, engage, and convert top talent using a combination of AI tools, structured processes, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is excited by automation, structured hiring, and candidate intelligence, and has an eye for UX/UI and customer-facing experience talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage AI-assisted sourcing pipelines across UX/UI, web design, technical, and operational roles

  • Identify and engage candidates with strong experience in web and customer-facing digital experiences

  • Partner with hiring managers to translate experience design, business needs, and growth system requirements into clear talent profiles

  • Evaluate portfolios and candidates for customer journey thinking, interaction design, and real-world web execution

  • Leverage automation tools and ATS platforms to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Continuously optimize candidate outreach, funnel performance, and conversion metrics

  • Track and report KPIs such as response rate, pipeline velocity, and quality of hire

  • Refine recruiting systems to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and long-term hiring outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing, ideally with exposure to design, UX/UI, or digital experience roles

  • Strong understanding of modern ATS platforms, outreach tools, and AI recruiting systems

  • Comfortable working with automation, AI, and structured workflows

  • Data-driven mindset, able to measure and optimize recruiting KPIs

  • Excellent written communication and candidate engagement skills

  • Organized, systems-oriented, and detail-focused

  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast-moving, remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI sourcing tools or automation platforms

  • Familiarity with structured hiring, scorecard-based evaluation, or pipeline design

  • Background recruiting for tech, design, or startup environments

  • Experience with modern ATS platforms like Ashby
