ABOUT

Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients. Our ads are seen by hundreds of millions of people. One in ten people with a phone has seen a newform ad.

THE ROLE

As a playable ads editor, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategist. You will be responsible for turning game or app concepts into HTML5/Unity/Cocos-based interactive ad creatives, from prototype to final build, optimized for performance, engagement, and ad network requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build interactive playable ads using Unity or other similar tools

  • Create simple gameplay mechanics strictly for ad purposes

  • Optimize playables for performance and ad network requirements

  • Collaborate with designers and US-based creative strategists

REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST have hands-on experience with creating playable ads

  • Strong traditional editing skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative

  • Ability to manage creative production workflows
