Job description

Responsibilities:
Build and Engage the Local Community
- Foster a vibrant and supportive community of Manus advocates and power users.
- Engage directly with our user base to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Be the face of Manus in Brazil, representing our brand at industry events and meetups.
Develop Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with strategic distribution partners.
- Create and manage partnership programs that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Drive Enterprise Sales and Growth
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise sales in Brazil.
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise customers, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Work closely with companies to understand their needs and help them adopt and expand their use of Manus.
Execute a Localized Marketing Strategy
- Create and manage a market-specific marketing program that builds brand awareness and drives user growth.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blog posts, videos, and social media content that connect with the local market.
- Build and manage an influencer marketing program to expand our reach and credibility.
- Create educational content, such as tutorials and webinars, to help users get the most out of our product.

Requirements:
- Are deeply connected within the Brazilian market. You have a native understanding of the culture, business landscape, and tech ecosystem in Brazil.
- Are natural community builders and networkers. You love connecting with people and have a talent for building relationships.
- Are entrepreneurial and resourceful. You are a self-starter who can build something from scratch with limited resources.
- Have a proven track record in sales and partnerships. You know how to build relationships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Are creative and strategic marketers. You have a knack for creating engaging content and campaigns that resonate with a local audience.
- Are fluent in both Portuguese and English. You can communicate effectively with both our local team and our global headquarters.
- You are located in Sao Paulo(Remote).
