The Role

The Senior Creative Project Manager leads large, multi-layered client programs with multiple SOWs, workstreams, and deliverables — UGC and Influencer Marketing projects. This is not a traditional PM role - it requires navigating high complexity, creator-driven workflows, and fast-moving priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage enterprise-level client accounts across multiple SOWs, ensuring strong, long-term relationships built on trust and consistent delivery.

  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact — owning communication, expectations, and strategic alignment across all programs.

  • Oversee end-to-end UGC and Influencer Marketing projects.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams.

  • Source and manage external partners, creators, and influencers when needed.

  • Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance.

  • Support and guide Project Managers as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments — with a track record of long tenure and sustained client relationships.

  • Hands-on experience managing UGC and Influencer Marketing projects is required — this is core to the role.

  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts with multi-SOW or multi-stream programs (not just individual projects).

  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills in English — written and verbal — with the ability to present confidently, manage expectations, and build lasting partnerships.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.

  • Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
