About this opportunity - Commercial Team Intern
Description
The Marketing Intern will support the Product Management and Sales Team in various activities which may include gathering and analyzing market and competitive intelligence, preparing internal reports, and coordinating events related to product education initiatives and new product launches. This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional marketing and product activities in a fast-paced environment. This person will also gain exposure to the sales process by participating in sales training, inventory counts, and case observation.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, as responsibilities may evolve based on business priorities and the needs of the products being supported
Job Responsibilities
Shadow product management in the daily activities related to product launches
Shadow Sales Managers to gain a better understanding of the sales process, inventory management and account follow up
Assist in researching market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
Support the creation and maintenance of internal reports, presentations, and product documentation
Help coordinate product education programs, training materials, and launch-related events
Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives
Provide administrative and project support for ongoing and upcoming product activities
Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in progress
No PM experience is necessary
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Analytical skills to analyze data
Physical Requirements
Extended periods of sitting or speaking.
Light lifting.
Some travel to company sites
Heavy computer use.
Must adhere to the company’s safety practices by performing work safely and in accordance with established standards.
Work Environment:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
