[業務概要]

- 社内業務アプリケーションの運用業務（「不動産管理・会計システム」「顧客管理用のプラットフォーム」のアプリケーション等々）運用・開発業務

- 外部委託先のエンジニアメンバーのチームマネジメント

-国内のビジネス部門との要件整理・調整業務・仕様提案

[必須スキル]

- SQL Serverの開発・運用経験（３～5年以上）

- SQL ServerのStored Procedure、Function、Triggerの利用経験（３～5年以上）

- .NETでのWebアプリケーション開発・運用経験（３～5年以上）

- .NETでのバッチ処理開発・運用経験（３～5年以上）

- オンプレミスサーバー（Windows Server）の運用経験（３～5年以上）

- 3名程度のチームマネジメント経験（３～5年以上）

[歓迎スキル]

- バージョン管理システム（GitHub）の使用経験

- アジャイル開発・運用の理解

- 必須ではありませんが、英語でのメール対応や英語を使ったコミュニケーションがあれば歓迎します。

- 新規ビジネスのためのアプリケーション開発・導入

- 複雑な技術要件を理解し、分かりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力

- 能動的に学び、既存のシステムや新たなシステムや技術を積極的に取り組んでいける方

- チームワークを重視し、エンドユーザー及び業務委託会社のエンジニアとの協働ができる方

- プロアクティブに課題を発見し、改善提案ができる方

- フレックスタイム制（コアタイムあり） 

- ハイブリッド勤務環境（リモートワーク可能）
