Role: Sourcing Coordinator Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week) Contract Duration: 2 Months (with a potential of extension) Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)
About The Role
Client is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator who will partner with our Production Ops team to track source material deliveries from our Licensors. Reporting to our Sourcing Manager, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams on their sourcing needs, document tech specs of source material deliveries, and contribute to the expansion of our brand's global reach.
Track ingest of source materials for incoming materials for various distribution channels, including Theatrical, Simulcast, Home Video, Global Content Distribution, and EST
Contribute to technical spec requirements maintenance
Partner with our QC team to ensure all required source materials are delivered to spec
Actively communicate with Marketing Ops post production teams, Campaign Management and global stakeholders on status of asset availability
