Our client is seeking a Hospital Quality Improvement Consultant to support acute care hospitals and healthcare systems in improving patient outcomes, operational performance, and regulatory compliance across multiple states.
This role works closely with hospital leadership, quality departments, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to evaluate workflows, analyze quality data, identify performance gaps, and support process improvement initiatives. • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in hospital quality, patient safety, clinical operations, or acute care environments
• Experience with hospital quality metrics, regulatory compliance, or accreditation standards
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, process mapping, PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Ability to analyze EHR data, quality dashboards, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities

Remote role requiring residency within designated states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Arkansas, and West Virginia
Minimal travel outside of the two required annual meetings
